Peterborough Tyre & Battery Ltd starting trading in January 1990 from its existing premises on Soke Road in the village of Newborough just outside the city of Peterborough.
We have expanded over the years to become one of the largest independent tyre distributors in the East Midlands opening an additional depot in St Ives Cambridgeshire in 2010.
The company takes great pride in the service it provides operating a total of 12 mobile tyre vans in the area giving service to retail customers at their homes or place of work as well as maintaining national fleets such as DHL contracts and also agricultural and earthmoving tyres that require specialist knowledge and equipment.
Both depots offer a 24 hour nationwide breakdown service and have been members of the Independent Tyre Distributors Network since 1990.
PTB has strong links with the football club having kit sponsored individual players since 2009 as well as providing tyres for the club when needed.
